Breastfeeding and getting back in shape after a csection

So I ended up needing a csection for my third baby boy and now I have no idea how to get back in shape. It’s really starting to bum me out because I’ve never been this heavy in my entire life. I only lost 21 lbs after my son was born and gained 6 of that back. I’ve been trying to research exercise that is safe after a csection as I still have pain in that general area but it’s also hard to find stuff that won’t aggravate diastasis recti. With my other kids the breastfeeding burned off a lot of pounds but for some reason this time it’s just not budging.

So I’m curious what you other moms in this same situation are doing? Any tips an recommendations are totally welcome.
