Peeing even more frequently

So today I noticed that I've been having to pee way more often than usual..I'm usually peeing alot anyways but today it just felt like it was way more often than usual and I think I've been loosing small pieces of my mucus plug could this mean labor is near?? I'm 38+5 weeks btw
