BFN 6 days late

7 days late today, just got another BFN at 6 days late with fmu. Having quite a few symptoms, sore breasts, upper back pain (which I’ve read is fairly common in early pregnancy), also haven’t had much of an appetite. My hubby and I are TTC and this will be my second pregnancy(fist was an angel baby) l, I never took a test with my first until around 2 weeks after my missed period but had blood work done around my missed period and it was negative. I made a doctors appointment for next Friday but until then I will probably test every 2-3 days.
