Over supply at 10 days old - help
So my lo is 10 days old and my boobs are always so full. I nurse on demand but started having to pump once in the morning for 10 minutes for relief. Is it even possible to lower my supply... I’m Always so uncomfortable and it’s making me want to quit. Help.
