Confused

Okay, there is this guy that I'm crazy obsessed with. I had a crush on him from the start of the year. Then three weeks ago we had sex. It was amazing and I really want it to happen again. We were messaging for a week  afterwards. Then I sent him some very clingy drunk messages. He replied simply with a thumbs up. I haven't messaged or seen him for the last two weeks. I would like this to go somewhere. But I don't want to seem to clingy or annoying.. What should I do?
