mouth sores and pms??

hey, idk how common this is but anyone else gets mouth sores around the time u ovulate? i sometimes catch a cold and get really bad mouth sores and it's honestly the worst i cant eat properly and my nose is blocked so i have to breathe from my mouth which makes it dry and then the sores get worse idk how to deal with it

It sounds like you are getting coldsores(herpes simplex virus) it is common that if you have the virus you will get cold sores when stressed or ill. Next time you get one go to the dr and ask them to test it for herpes. Dont worry, herpes on the mouth is extremely common and not necessarily due to sex, it's possible to get it from your mother or other family members as a child. I also have it orally and I got it from my mother as a child.

Yes every time I ovulate and when I’m on my period. Went to the doctor and was tested for everything but was found to have a folic acid deficiency. Might be worth getting tested. It can also be a cause from low B12
