Woke up with contractions and also had an appointment my doctor checked me to see if i was dilated but couldnt feel it because just by putting half of her fingers in she felt the head and it was blocking my cervix she told me thats why i keep having so much pain the baby head is soo low (which she said its good)

Anyone had contractions like this?

Btw ive also had my mucus plug come out and she said i would only go to the L&D if i bleed alot or my water breaks or if i cant stand the pain
