Brown spotting for days before AF

Anyone else get brown discharge/old blood for days leading up to their period? I do every month for a couple days then nothing, then my period comes. It’s so damn annoying, almost like having 2 periods.

My husband and I also TTC during my fertile time twice this cycle, but the last time was about 4 days before ovulation. I ovulate later than I thought after downloading Glow. So I doubt this brown spotting is because I’m pregnant. But if anyone has any input I’d appreciate it. Thanks!
