I had my first us (transvaginal) today at 6w 5d. The dr and technician couldn’t detect a heartbeat or see a fetal pole. They just saw a yolk saw that according to them measured a week less that what it’s supposed to be. Has this happened to anyone else and still has a healthy pregnancy? Could I just be earlier than I thought? The dr mentioned this could be an option, or the baby stopped developing a week ago. Also I’ve had bloodwork 48hrs appart. Progesterone was at 15 and first hcg levels at 4040. Second hcg level was at 6160, so it increased but didn’t double in 48hrs. I’m not sure what to expect . Coming back next week for more blood work and second us.
