Too soon to test?

I am 9 DPO, expected period on Monday. Too soon to test? Would an early detection test possibly pick anything up? The wait is horrible

I am 10dpo. I tested yesterday and got a bfn
Tested this morning and got a faint bfp! Sooo maybe wait another day and test with fmu

Answer

It may do, but it's all dependant on when you implant. The majority of women don't implant until 9-12 dpo and then you have to allow hcg to build up to a detectable level, so it's very possible to still get a false negative at this point in time.
