Bleeding during sex

Does anyone else bleed during sex, me and this guy did it with a condom first then he fingered me to try and get me over the edge and eventually I did but there was blood and I was embarrassed as hell. This is only my second or third time though so I’m not sure if I’m still not used to it or if it’s something serious, PLEASE HELP!!!
