little bit if TMI but just need some insight....

My ob put me on provera (i have the generic brand) but i stopped taking it on the 9th and still nothing... i haven't had a period since December 13th -19th i have hypothyroidism so my cycle is all crazy... i am also going to be taking generic for femara to make sure im ovulating but waiting for this period to start is just making me crazy... I've taken pregnancy tests and even doctors tests and they are negative i just dont know what going on and i feel like i am going crazy... i have mild cramps and my breast are sore or my nipples TMI a little dizzy/headache.
