Announce Pregnancy- ideas
I manage 3 teams in different locations and have roughly 30 women that report to me. I am currently 12 weeks pregnant and have no clue how to announce to them I am pregnant. This is baby #2. I have a 4 year old.
Do I make it exciting? How is announcing exciting to direct reports?
I am stumped! Thanks for any suggestions!!!
