“B” Belly

Does anybody have any experience with their “B” belly being sore on the bottom half of your belly? It hurts to sleep on my stomach and it is tender to touch at times. I don’t think I’m pregnant, but it makes me curious as to how my stomach is suppose to feel. Could this be a sign of pregnancy?
