Answer

Narcissists will never admit they are what they are. That’s putting them into a category and they think they’re better than labels. Once you know someone’s a narcissist... run fast and run far!! I used to be friends with one and he tried to fuck my life up, make me hate myself and turn my friends against me so he had me all to himself because he hit on me and I turned him down.

Yes and it took me 4 on and off years to leave and never looked back! They do not change!

I experienced verbal and later on physical abuse. Hot and cold constantly I think he was also bipolar.
I healed with the help of therapy and self-love
I don't think so, he never acknowledged that he had any issues.
I left him. 
My SIL is also a narcissist. 
I experienced very petty highschool like drama with her. She'd be all fine and dandy to my face then turn around and tell everyone how much she hated me. She would intentionally try and make me jealous of my DH. Then when called out would play the victim and how nothing was her fault. My ex did that too.
Time heals all. When it got really bad I'd seek therapy to just keep my head level. 
Definitely not, she also has convinced herself she's not an alcoholic and everything is everyone else's fault.
I left. I removed her toxicity from our life and now my DH and I have a beautiful life without all her drama.

They will always put themselves first and foremost. Your feelings do not matter. They will never change. They are excellent at pretending to change. They are chameleons and can fool anyone to get them on their side. They have pictures of themselves everywhere (the ones I know). You are only there to ‘serve’ them and make them look good. If you fail to do either you are of no use to them!
