I would call and talk to a supervisor and ask for a rescan specially if it was one you paid extra for. It’s super unprofessional as someone who has worked in the medical field to take a phone call. In most medical offices your phones are supposed to be off or on silent at least. She should’ve excused herself if she was having emergency issues and had someone step in or came back and worked extra hard to make up for the interruption.
