How do you get over a failed conception?

I started my period today and I’m so disappointed. What do you all do to ease the pain of realizing you’re not pregnant?

Live life and enjoy all the things already in existence and hobbies and family and friends and work .

Find other things to look forward to. Plan fun dates, trips, or simple things to do so you do not become overwhelmed and consumed by this process. It might take another month but it also might be a bumpy road. You need other things to live for!
