I'm huge!

I'm 4 to 6 weeks pregnant. We literally just found out, but my belly is sticking out like I'm 6 months pregnant. It is sticking out far! I'm constantly hungry and pee night and day every 2 hours. This is my second kiddo...I didnt show with the first one till I was in my second trimester. Anyone else have this experience...why??????????
