So I was meant to start my period 5/6 days ago (on the 10th) but i haven’t seen any blood yet and I know I’m not pregnant as I had sex over a month ago and took a pregnancy test as I started to worry but came back negative (which I am glad about), I know periods can be irregular and can be late due to other things then pregnancy (which again I know I’m not) but is there any way I can speed the process up or help me get my period quicker?? If so pls leave a comment as it could help thank u x
