Do any body know if the castor oil packs is for sure workable

Answer

I used one once. I either did it wrong or reacted badly to it. I had the worst cramps i have ever experienced. Couldn’t sleep at all and was writing in pain all night. In the morning I passed weird “tissue”  and started my period. I think what passed might have been what was blocking my tube. I have no idea. So if you get one carefully read the instructions. I know it works for some people. I think I just did it wrong.
