Thoughts when someone looks at you while eating?

I don’t like when people look at me when I’m about to take a bite/when I’m eating lol

What pisses me off is when I’m eating & a piece falls & I catch people staring I feel like they jinxed me 😂

I normally just make sure to make awkward unblinking eye contact with them as I eat

Literally anytime i catch somebody starting I stare back with super wide eyes and throw my hands up 🤷🏻‍♀️.
