Has anyone taken the 5 day supply of progesterone to 'jump start' their period? I got my period 2 days after I finished my RX. It was extremely heavy and lasted the full 7 days. I was happy I had not had a period in over a year. Well fast forward 2 weeks later and I'm having a lighter, normal to most people, period again! I spotted for 2 days then nothing for 2 days and now I'm in full period mode. Is this normal? I read that those RX could alter my cycles but this seems a little much.
