I was told today that my child is too obsessed with the ABCs , like the way his teacher said it it made me feel like crap because I’ve shown him that since he was a baby ( I happen to sing him the song while rocking him to sleep and getting him toys with the alphabet) I just never would’ve thought a child would be so OBSESSED . I looked it up online and seen other mothers posting about their child being the same and getting evaluated. I was a teachers assistant before and I’ve seen children obsessed with colors or animals but never letters, now I am noticing it now as a mom, I just don’t know what to do, he is supposed to be evaluated with in a month but I want to help him now, what are my options??
