weight loss advice?

i’m currently in college and the freshman fifteen has really hit. between stress, busy schedules, and not having my own kitchen i’m sort of stumped on what to do. any tips help. in a typical day i try to eat the best i can for what college offers on meal plan since i’m on the go. breakfast is always some fruit salad, yogurt with granola, and sausage or bacon. lunch is either a cheese quesadilla, cheeseburger, chick fila, or a turkey bacon wrap with some cauliflower. and dinner really varies between any of the lunch options plus pasta occasionally. i’ve been thinking about trying smoothies for weight loss, and i’ve been trying to fit an extra walk in even though i walk everywhere at school. i don’t drink much soda (maybe a can a week). if i have anything other than water it’s tea or juice.
