What size diaper did your 6-8week old?

My son will be 7 weeks on Monday and the size 1 diapers are still too big, he weighed 10lbs 6oz last Thursday which is too heavy for newborn diapers (10lbs)

You go by what fits. Not the weight. Just like clothes. My son is 9 weeks. He’s in size 2 diapers and 6 month clothes. He’s about 13lbs.

Have you tried folding down the front of the diaper or something, like when the umbilical cord nubbins was still attached? Might help?

Try different brands. Some brands fit differently

It depends on the brand. My 9 weeks old, weighs 12 lbs. He can fit a size 2 in Pampers baby dry but a size 1 in Pampers Swaddlers.

I felt they were too big on my 6 week old when we started them but we just made it work .
