Why in the world would I be having dark brown spotting continuously for seven days prior to my period! It’s supposed to start tomorrow.

I don’t think I’m pregnant and we are not TTC but it’s honestly NOT COOL. Could this be a sign of pregnancy?

(Please dont tell me to go buy a test- duh! - I’m just looking for feedback..)

Can stress do this? I’m in my late 30’s and we are having a major income issue- my husband is out of work and there is definitely some worrying. But I’ve never had this before and surely I’ve felt stress in my 20+ years of periods.

Any thoughts?
