I have been having a lot of pelvic pressure on the right side. It does not hurt at all but it’s very uncomfortable. Like I can’t comfortably sleep on my back and have to sleep on my stomach to counteract the pressure. It’s been going on for about a week/week and a half. I never got a January period but have gotten only negative tests. I went to the gynecologist today and she brushed it off as ovulation cramps. She did a swab and then told me I could go. Is this normal? The nurse had said the doctor was going to do a pelvic exam and then if she felt anything odd she’d do an ultrasound and she literally did nothing.
