Butt acne??????

Question

So I got these random bumps on my butt cheeks. Sort of towards my hole. I don’t think it’s an infection or anything like that because it doesn’t itch or hurt or anything but it reminds me of acne. And one of them popped a couple days ago and nothing is there anymore. Could it just be from sweat that forms down there sometimes or from friction? Any recommendations on a certain body wash? Any help would be nice!

try exfoliating more. i get those, my best friend and i call them cystic assne lol but exfoliating daily with a loofa helps a lot.

It can be from sweat I usually get them when I have my period (when I happen to use a pad) or when I shave. I usually pop them & they dissappear. I usually get them on my butt cheek area one or two here & there.
