I Just Took My Bra Off & I Have Never Seen My Breast This Swollen . They're Super Hard & A Little Painful. My Bra Wasn't Tight Either . Usually They'll Get A Little Swollen Around My Nipples & Areolas When I Don't Wear A Bra, But This Is Different . They're Swollen & Hard Right Across The Top & Sides . Is This Normal Or Should I Run To The ER ? I'm 31 Weeks Btw .
