Anal douching??

Question

I was reading upon how to properly prepare for anal because me and my fiance want to try it for the first time. They said eat lightly the day before and anal douche before?? I'm not really sure if this is accurate or safe?? Please help. And tips are welcome, please 😬

Anal Douching is the best way to ensure you are very clean in the anus. Do NOT douche the anus amd then the Vagina. Make sure that he wears a condom in the anus and removes or replaces it with a fresh condom before going back to the vagina. 
It may feel uncomfortable when you are douching at 1st, but id recommend using warm water and to continue to douch until the water youre releasing is clear or damn near clear. You'd be surprised at how much youll release when douching and be gentle with yourself. Id recommend doing this over the toilet and once all fecal matter is released using the warm water in the shower .. i started to do this about 1 year ago and it has bern successful for me and my lover. I felt to nervous to try anal without knowing that i was as clean as possible there. Hope this helps
