What did the BFP trick for you?

For those of you who have TCC'ed for longer than a few months before your success month, what do you think finally did the trick for you?

Preseed, bbt charting, OPKs, and working out and eating better! Oh and having sex daily basically the entire month... Only month we tried all of those together and now I'm 9 weeks pregnant! Good luck!

Last month when I conceived I really ate well, mainly fruits and veg. Exercised more (walking). Took multi plus extra zinc, calcium, b12, iodine and omega 3. Used opks. Bd every second day from day 8-10, then every day til day 16, then every other day. GL ✨

Preseed and not tracking ovulation or temps. Just relax and not think about it . Also ate healthier and added more water to my diet I just followed glow predictions on my fertile days it was my 18th month ttc
