38w tomorrow FTM. Help 😞

Been having irregular contractions and now insane nausea & indigestion. Any sort of pressure on my stomach makes me feel like I’m going to be sick. I’m assuming this is normal but does this mean labor may be soon? Baby is extremely low and have had a lot of pressure down there as well. I can’t get comfortable at all I feel horrible😣
