11 weeks and SICK?!

So, I’m 11 weeks +5days and I’ve been a little worried for the past couple days because I don’t feel pregnant anymore. Well, tonight around 1am I had to run to the bathroom and threw up a lot! I cleaned myself up and thought I would be okay going back to bed, but my stomach started feeling even more uneasy. Now I’m up with pretty bad diarrhea. I’ve thrown up a couple times throughout this trimester but not like this..

I’m really worried about the baby. Could I be miscarrying? Is this just a stomach bug? Or is this normal??
