Mom wants to spend 2 weeks

So in October, God willing, my husband and I will be parents for the first time. Both our parents live an hour away and my mom has mentioned a few times now that she wants to spend 2 weeks at our house. We have a 2 bedroom 900 sq ft apartment. I know she’s excited to be a grandma but is it super selfish to not want someone else constantly there during our first 2 weeks with the baby? We are very close and I don’t want to offend her. Is there a way to break it gently to her?
