Surviving the sleep regression
So how are you surviving this 4 month sleep regression? It’s killing me. My baby use to be such a good sleeper at night and had been from the beginning. She would sleep 10-12 hours, from about 7-8 to 6-7. Now she’s either up a million times a night and we have to rock her back to sleep or only sleeps 8 hours (if we are lucky) will she go back to sleeping her normal hours...? And when? Anyone else struggling with the sleep regression?! 😩😞
