1 year old temperature??

Hi ladies, just looking for some advice, my little boy is 16 months, he’s had a temperature since waking up this morning, I’ve given paracetamol and checked him again and fever had gone up 90 mins after giving medicine, so I also gave ibuprofen which would usually bring it down but just checked again an hour after and it’s still going up! His temp started around 37.7 and now it’s at 38.3. He’s currently asleep but keeps jumping which is unusual? Should I call doctors?
