Hello all, I’m hesitant to post this as I don’t want it to come off negative.. however, I’m 10 weeks with twins. I found out at a 6 week ultrasound, up to that point I had minimal symptoms - very sore boobs and a very foggy brain but that was it! The ultrasound showed both heartbeats and was overall good. Since the ultrasound my boobs hurt a lot less and I haven’t had any other symptoms (no sickness, nothing). I’m actually very concerned that I don’t have symptoms, either very good pregnancy or something is wrong. I don’t have another ultrasound until 12w mark, but am so concerned about a silent miscarriage. Has anyone else experienced this? Am I over analyzing? Hoping to tell our family and friend this weekend and next but am so scared to do so in case I need to renag... Bah!! Any insight is appreciated.
