Crazy neighbors

So we have neighbors (behind us) that will consistently blow a blow horn at our dogs while their outside to rile them up. Literally it makes them go crazy or they will use a dog whistle, it Severely bothers my Deaf dog because I think she can hear the noise.

They could literally be outside chilling minding their own Business (not barking or anything) and if they see them outside they will purposely bother them in-till we let them in. We’ve been living here in our house for 5 years and they just moved in (less then 6 months ago) they live in a rental home (usually tenants don’t last more then 6 months in that house idk why) and everyone has a dog in the neighborhood (except them) but they have wooden fences(again except them). We have a metal one but it’s not private (you can see through it)

Our smaller dogs were outside using the restroom and he got up (at 8am) and started blowing the damn horn. My mom even watched as he stood in his yard (a creek separates all the houses back to back but it’s empty) as he did it. she said the dogs were acting weird and jumping on the glass door then started to bark because he blew it. I had to threaten to call the cops if he kept doing that and I’ve started to record him doing it. I just don’t know what to do🤷🏼‍♀️

They consistently throw parties and they usually are up till 2:30 am. Usually them being loud doesn’t bother us because I was raised around (people being loud lol) BUT still.

Last Saturday around 1am till 3am, they threw a rock at our siding window (our room has its hurricane shutters on still because the lock is broken and I’m a paranoid Bish) so it hit the metal. Then they came over and banged on the shutters to our room. I literally almost had a heart attack (I’m 27 weeks pregnant) and heard voices since the sliding door was open. They laughed and I seen them run back and jump our metal fence. I got scared and had my husband check but by then they were already back at their house continuing to have their party. They then started messing with their next door neighbor dog and he was going ballistic (that dog also never barks.).

Again idk what to do because my husband is never home when they do it (he works 12+ hours a day, Monday-Saturday)

So he’s never witnessed it. And since he’s a heavy sleeper he didn’t wake up to when they banged on the door. It just stresses me the F out, with already having 3 kids at home and being pregnant (with having some complications) my doctor wants me to be a cool cucumber (her words) and I’m on a Strick no bending, no sex, no stressing almost bed rest type of situation with baby #4.

Do you guys have any ideas on what to do?

If shit hits the fan I was going to ask my husband to talk with this sheriffs he knows that he services every Thursday.😩 I also have No idea where to post this. 😔
