Preterm Labor

I was in the hospital Wednesday with contractions and was told I’m 1.5 cm but still hard.

They sent me home on pelvic rest. I have to take care of my son and have no help as we are living at a homeless shelter.

Last night I was experiencing severe low back pain and nausea. Today I have diarrhea, low back pain, random cramps -I can’t tell if it’s contractions or not as I don’t feel anything regularly- but I have a ton of pressure in my pelvic area, my hips pop when I get up and grind when I walk. I’ve been getting super dizzy but my BP was fine, I almost passed out this morning and my vision went black, I’m getting frequent hot and cold flashes and my breasts are leaking. Should I go back? Or should I wait until I know for sure that I’m having contractions again? I’d feel awkward to go in just to be sent home again.
