I think the combination of BDing extra and unintentionally holding my pee for OPKs has given me a bladder infection. I have been trying to treat it naturally and taking some OTC medicine to help with the discomfort. I’m nervous to go to the doc and get something because I don’t want to hurt my chances of this being our month.

Does anyone have any tips on getting rid of it yourself and safely? Or should I go to the doctor? I’ve heard that sometimes it’s hard to go away on its own.

Am I just out this month?

I do feel like it’s improving. It doesn’t burn anymore but sometimes it does still have that odor.
