Body positivity

I have been having a hard time excepting my body lately and for the past year I have been having body image issues I think.

I am 14 and I am not fat but sometimes I just look in the mirror and just see all of my imperfections and it’s really annoying. I do a lot of exercise and I eat pretty healthy but I am always looking for more ways to either loose weight or gain muscle.

Ik it may be normal to feel like this but social media doesn’t help and I try and limit my food intake (not to an extreme just less bad stuff) and that doesn’t help either. I mean don’t get me wrong I eat my fair share of Junk food but after I eat it I feel so guilty and annoyed at myself and it’s sooooooo frustrating.
