This was my 5th round of Femara. We’ve been trying a different dosage each cycle, I finally have follicles on day 12!

On 5mg we didn’t see anything on day 12 so my NP put me on 7.5 days 12-16 and on day 21 there were 2 follicles. So this cycle I did 7.5mg, days 3-7 and I have 3 follicles. Unfortunately we now think I have to go back to 5mg and see if it was a fluke last month. If 5mg doesn’t work again we will be switching to Clomid.

The good news is, I will finally ovulate before day 25! Which is the most exciting part of all of this!
