Question on Symptoms

Last Sunday I had nausea, sharp pain in the upper middle of my abdomen, and a horrible sulphur taste if I burped (gross I know). I ended up dry heaving and throwing up bile. I went my OB the next day and all they would say is that it was viral. They didn’t run any tests other than urine. Fast forward to yesterday and it happened again (of course when my dr is closed). I didn’t eat the same thing so I don’t think that’s a trigger. Has anyone else had this happen and know what to make of it? My first thought was gallbladder, but I wanted to see if anyone else had these symptoms and better luck with their OB.
