Sick toddler/newborn

My son came home from school on Monday with a cold, which then turned into a low fever, I’ve been giving him medicine/keeping him away from my 3 week old but now I’m also sick, with a fever, aches, chills, stuffy nose, you name it. I am breastfeeding so I know my milk basically fights off the sickness for her but today she woke up and sounds congested and has some boogers, no fever or anything but I’m so worried about it progressing. What can I do for her? Obviously the doctor or emergency room if needed.
