Is this a sign of cancer?

I’m 16 and found something on one of my breast a little while ago and I thought it was a pimple at first so i ignored it, now it seems like a weird rash/blister. It’s constantly itchy and puss comes out of it and I’m in constant discomfort because of it and idk if it’s just a rash because I play sports and I wear a sweaty sports bra for awhile. My nipple is not showing but it’s where my finger is covering it in the first photo so it’s close. I think I’m going to talk to my mom about it soon but I would like your opinions to see if it’s just a weird rash or something. There’s also NOTHING hard underneath it like there’s supposed to be for breast cancer

You need a proper physical examination by a doctor to determine if anything is wrong. Don’t stress out about it could be anything from like eczema to dry skin, don’t jump to scary things like cancer right away

Please get it checked out for your own peace of mind. I've lost friends both a little older than you but under 30 years old with no lumps or hard areas and what they thought was nothing. Please let us know how you get on and I didn't post to worry you but to encourage you to not leave it x

It seems like mainly a skin issue. It could be fungal or bacteria, especially if you wear sweaty clothing often. I’d go in and get some cream for it.

You don’t have cancer. It could be a sign of something else but I wouldn’t speak something like that unless confirmed by a medical professional, but I highly doubt it’s anything terminal or serious. I think you should see a doctor regardless, especially if you have symptoms that may seem concerning. Praying for you.
