Do you spit or swallow?

I swallow everytime cause I feel it's childish not to but idk if my partner likes that I do everytime. He recently asked if I could hurt myself doing it lol. I would think it's awkward to run to the bathroom to spit it out 🤷🏾‍♀️🤔

Weird question but how do y'all spit? Like right there in the bed or???
