Limit seafood, and make sure its all cooked. Drink lots of water. When/if you start feeling ill be careful taking over the counter meds. For pain tylenol is acceptable. Take a prenatal vitamin with dha, folate or folic acid, and iron. Reduce stress. Exercise a little. Lastly, take care of yourself. ☺️ congrats!
