First pregnancy... what can and can't do?

Okay so I found out this morning were expecting whoooohoooo. So excited but super nervous to what I can and can't do! Can you all lovely women let me know? Would be so appreciated ❤

Limit seafood, and make sure its all cooked. Drink lots of water. When/if you start feeling ill be careful taking over the counter meds. For pain tylenol is acceptable. Take a prenatal vitamin with dha, folate or folic acid, and iron. Reduce stress. Exercise a little. Lastly, take care of yourself. ☺️ congrats!

Honestly, google foods you can’t eat. A client of mine offered me fennel seeds (she knew i was pregnant) for my upset stomach. I looked it up and pregnant women can’t have it!
Apparently deli/processed meats are a no-no unless you cook it. I don’t really like the stuff (except bacon, obvi) so I avoid most of it. 
There are certain herbs and essential oils you need to watch out for so look up everything. 
Google is your friend.

Congratulations! Once you go to your first prenatal appt you should get a list of foods (or ask for one). Until then...look for pasteurized soft cheeses on the labels...I would avoid non-pasturized as it can contain bacteria. Stay away from shellfish. I was told cold cuts are only ok to eat if you cook them.

Google ____ + pregnancy every chance you can get! I have just typed in random things and turns out, NO go during pregnancy! Half of the stuff, you would have no idea!
