Help please ladies.

I've had my . period for.almost a month now.... it comes and goes at first it was brown and light than it went away for a day or so and started again... than it came back.red ish.... for like 4 days than it went away ... again it came back now when it comes back clots of.blood come out and I bleed heavy than it goes away ... now again I'm bleeding again..... also I was cramping a.lot at the beginning now I just have a lil bit of pain.om my left ovary can anyone help??
