Getting back to running after winter break at 34-ish months?

Hello ladies! Need advice from fellow runners! I have been running for almost then years now, but living in Canada means I have to stick to my personal rower during winter times (from nov to march). I kept on running during first trimester and stopped around mid-pregnancy due to icy conditions. Since then I row + muscle train 3x/week and go for a 1h walk once every other day. In about a month I would usually get back to running outside but at that point I Will be around 34 Weeks. Considering I did not run since 20 Weeks, I dont want to overdo it, but Im not high risk and everything is going great so far. I do miss it though! And I dont know how long I Will have to wait after delivery to get back to training. I might loose 2-3 months of running season...
