Frustrated!!!!!

So I recently lost my virginity to this man on campus. The first time was not that good, he kept slipping out and it just felt like a penis going in and out. We tried again and it happened again. Different position but it still kept slipping out. He put in a few decent strokes and then went soft. :( Which I dont understand because he was literally hard for a long time before that. He said it's because I didn't give him head before he put it in, and that's fine. I have given head before, i have no problem with it. But he dont like giving head and I have decided to stop giving unless I am recieving as well. He claims it gets better with experience BUT the whole not giving head thing is frustrating me and I want a AT LEAST decent sex experience. :( I waited 19 years, I just feel like I should of waited a little longer because this just isn't it. Any comments, advice or anything on how to make this a better experience... I am sooooooo over the whole sex thing.
